When you use our products with our Perimetersafe Cloud services, video clips and snapshots are uploaded to our servers provided motion detection feature is turned on explicitly by you or based on motion detection schedule set forth by you through our Software applications. Video clips and snapshots are kept for a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 35 days in our servers. Actual duration depends on the subscription plan applied to each specific device but will not exceed the maximum duration of 35 days.
- Location of Storage of Video Clips & Snapshots
In general, if you setup your account in United States (U.S.), Canada and South America countries, your video clips and snapshots will be stored on our servers in U.S.
If you setup your account in Europe, Middle East countries and Africa, your video clips and snapshots will be stored on our servers in Europe.
If you setup your account in Asia, your video clips and snapshots will be stored on our servers in Hong Kong, Singapore.
2 - How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve our products & services.

While your personal information will be stored on servers, it will remain within Perimetersafe’s effective control at all times. The server host’s role is limited to providing a hosting and storage service to Perimetersafe, and we’ve taken steps to ensure that our server hosts do not have access to, and use the necessary level of protection for, your personal information.
